Styles
Ashtanga
Ashtanga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915 – 2009) of Mysore, India. His grandson Sharath and daughter Saraswati continue to teach in Mysore today.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic system of asana (physical poses) linked together by synchronising breath and movement (vinyasa).
Led Ashtanga
Students are led through a progressive series of poses. Ideal for all students including those beginning to learn Ashtanga.
Mysore Style/Assisted Self Practice
Students work at their own pace and rhythm with personalised assistance.
Yoga Vinyasa
A traditional form of vinyasa style yoga. Small flowing sequences with a focus on breath linking the movements (vinyasa).
Short pranayama (breathing exercise) to focus the mind inward. The yoga and pranayama assisting in mind/body awareness and calming the nervous system.
